[A Post-Apocalyptic Time]

It is 22nd December 2012 and I am writing from a post-apocalyptic time. Some said the old gods would come to reclaim their lower-race slaves, some said it will be the Sun or some other cosmic tragedy that will suddenly evaporate us all. But something much worse happened - the human race survived and the everyday apocalypse that we cause to this planet continues on. 

So let's happily celebrate by building a few more nuclear weapons. And let's send our soldiers to fight endless and pointless wars, while we all keep preparing for Christmas, one of the biggest opportunities of this blinded commercialised society to forget all its problems for a while. No worries - we can always pay for everything by money borrowed from other countries that borrowed it from other countries that made it out of thin air. And, while our unborn grandchildren pay the price for our ignorance, let's keep wasting our lives and destroying all that has created and nurtured us for so long - it seems like we will have to finish off the Earth the old fashioned way after all.
